Challenge: One of the organization's most successful programs is the Teen Worker Program, where they hire teens to participate in various community projects and life skills training. This program was growing and needed organization. Teens were hired to work during the school year and summer, but there was not enough work to keep the teens busy. The new program design needed to be challenging and interesting to the teens and easy for the staff to implement.

Solution: I designed a project-based workgroup program based on teens' interests and Milwaukee workforce needs, now known as the Youth Work Innovation Center.
